Pay
- $1,000 sign-on bonus

- Detention $20/hr after 3 hours, layover from day 2
Home time
- Minimum 3 weeks out (4 preferred)
- 1 day off earned per week on the road
- 45+ days out: up to $150 home-time reimbursement
- Keep the truck up to 5 days at home

Requirements
- Valid CDL (no non-domicile / limited-term)
- 12+ months OTR, willing to run all 48
- Max 2 violations in 12 months, max 1 accident in 12 months
- No felonies, DUI or SAP; no failed tests in 3 years
Costs to know
- Escrow $1,250 (van) / $1,500 (open deck)
- Occupational insurance $179/month
